Work Christmas family party.

No sooner had Jacob's guests left the party, we had to go out to Gareth's work Christmas family party. As I mentioned in the previous post, it was a very hot day, and the Christmas party was to be held at Whiteman Park which is north-east of where we live I believe. Whiteman Park is a recreation and conservation reserve, and is home to kangaroo's and other native species.( http://www.whitemanpark.com.au/ for more information.) and on hot days is full of flies too, just like this day! The company had reserved an area for our group and had it very well set up with lots of umbrella's and chairs, big plastic bins full of ice, water bottles and soft drinks, sun cream, insect repellant, 2 bouncy castles, brilliant face painters, a trio of musicians dressed up as pirates, afternoon tea and of course a visit from Father Christmas too!
