For those of you who haven't been before it's a place for children (and grown ups) to learn about science in a fun and informative way. Once a year they dedicate a week to Toddlers, and have a lot of fun activities planned as extras to what they normally have. We went one day with Maggie and FFM. Katie, D and C were going to come too but as C was poorly Maggie and I offered to take D. After parking at Maggie's we took a short train ride to Scitech. The children all had a lot of fun and even tried doing the actions that the staff were doing in a little sketch. Unfortunately the lighting wasn't great and the kids were just too fast for me to take good photos. But here are a few of them doing other fun stuff:)
There was also a small animal petting corner, with goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, a piglet, baby ducks, guinea pigs and even a Llama! I hope I've got that right??? Jacob and D sat really nicely with their animals, then it was Ollie's turn, He wanted to hold a baby duck but started to freak a little once it was on his lap! I would add the video but I'm not that mean!
After the animal corner we went to discover what other fun stuff there was to do.
